Varieties of anthuriums are coming this year from the 2021 Floriade exhibit in the Netherlands.
Just a few below:
1. Anthurium is one of the largest and probably the most complex genera of this family; certainly it is one of the most variable that PDIplants uses in our Bulington, MA interior office plant locations.
2. Many species are undoubtedly not yet described and new ones are being found every year. The species has neotropical distribution; mostly in wet tropical mountain forest of Central and South America, but some in semi-arid environments.
3. Most species occur in Panama, Colombia, Brazil, the Guiana Shield and Ecuador. According to the work of noted aroid botanist Dr. Tom Croat of the Missouri Botanical Garden, no members of this genus are indigenous to Asia.
4. Deliberately or accidentally, however, some species have been introduced into Asian rain forests, and have become established there as aliens.
At PDI we use these green indoor tropical plants in your weekly flower rotation interior office programs Waltham, MA.
“I am taking this opportunity to express to you our appreciation for the fine service you and your company have provided us over these past several years.
We are especially grateful to you because the plants in Burlington Health Center are a very important aspect of our ambiance and any level of service short of excellent would quickly become apparent.
Admittedly , when we first decided to switch our business to Plantscape Designs Inc, we did so with some trepidation . Yours rates were so much lower than we had been paying that there was some doubt as to whether your service could be comparable to that which we had enjoyed previously. As it turned out, you have provided as good if not better service at a much lower price.
Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to your fine staff who service the Burlington Health Center.”

When we think of adding a colorful accent to our indoor office plants we often think about cut flowers or a flowering potted plant. Actually there is another option. Tropical foliage plants that have beautiful colored leaves. If your office has the right conditions, bright light and warm temperature, there is an unlimited selection of plants that have colorful foliage and variegated leaves. Crotons, Cordyline, Rex begonias, Stromanthe are just a few that can brighten your office with some color. We use many of these on locations in the Boston metro area. Colored leafy botanicals have unlimited plant possibilities.
